Award winning Archiplan Pty Ltd started in March 1986 as a custom design office for professional homebuilders and the local community in Perth, Western Australia. Since its inception Archiplan has pioneered a number of innovative design and construction trends and have set certain standards within the home building industry. Since the start of operation Archiplan has designed over 2000 homes ranging from small residential units to homes over $3million in value. With the introduction of Internet, Archiplan realised that it can now offer its popular plans to the rest of Australia and Internationally.
